Arranging a boarding house without having to damage or leave marks on the walls or floor, was my initial idea. Where I made this happen by looking for alternative items such as a standing TV without having to cut holes in the walls & wooden mats so that the floor doesn't leave traces of glue or stickers. I created this minimalist theme with an all-white feel so that my boarding room doesn't look dark & seems neat even though there are lots of things around it.
