I like thick and chewy eel better, so I'm looking for a good eel restaurant 🥺 I won the premium freshwater eel Yujang eel event, so I took off my pants and grilled a large, well-cooked eel (it didn't fit in the pan, so I cut it slightly) until golden brown, seasoned it, and cooked one in the oven and one in the pan.
