I usually eat two meals a day (11am/6pm) but I try to eat a light meal for one meal Size... is important, but I have such a hard time with food intolerance. I don't have diabetes or anything, but why do I feel so sleepy?ㅠㅠ I've been eating like this for almost a month, and I've lost about 3kg without any special exercise, and my skin feels brighter!?
