The main characteristic of this house that I haven't found in other developers is the layout on the second floor. Even though it has limited land, this house feels spacious thanks to maximizing space by adopting an open space concept supported by an extended living room and sky balcony. Well, this sky balcony is my favorite spot for relaxing in this house. Ooh, yes... for the interior design, I tried to recreate some of the inspiration I found via Pinterest, but still with an affordable budget, especially for myself who doesn't use the services of an interior designer. So, to achieve the modern luxury room with a minimalist budget, here I used a neutral colored custom sofa to give a classy impression combined with a granite guest table with a budget of under one million. Ooh yes, here I also added a premium quality throw blanket whose price is only around six thousand. There are also wall panels on the TV backdrop, which are only ninety-five thousand each, which I combined with two million marble motif panels. Ooh yes, in the area behind the sofa I also added a wall batten which is around three thousand only... How? Friend Juang, are you interested in doing the same thing?
