I went on a working holiday visa to Australia when I was 22 :) ๐ฆ๐บ๐ฆ๐จ I came back after a full year, but I have so many good memories that I often miss it even after 10 years๐ญ While living in Australia, there was a food that I ate like rice it was โsushi rollโ! Itโs such a simple food, but strangely, thereโs no place in Korea that sells it ใ ใ Koreans often work at sushi roll shops, so why isnโt it there?๐ฅฒ Anyway, Iโm on a diet these days, but today I really wanted to eat that sushi roll so I made a salmon sushi roll ใ ใ (Iโm someone who used to eat salmon rolls and tuna rolls like crazy๐๐ปโโ๏ธ) The ingredients for this recipe are salmon+avocado+sweet rice+seaweed!!
