If you make cabbage lafe, it takes 3 minutes to make🤘🏻 초계라페 ✧٩(ˊωˋ*)و✧ 🏷️Ingredients • Crazy Chicken (@thebenefood_official) Grilled chicken breast 150g Garlic flavor 1 pack • Cabbage lafe 2 handfuls ▪️Mix the chicken breast in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. ▪️Wear gloves + sanitary gloves and tear it into pieces. ▪️Mix the cabbage lafe and chicken breast and it's done! 🫙Cabbage Raphe (recipe by @jo.a_menu) • 1 head shredded cabbage • 1t salt • 1T lemon juice, 1T white wine balsamic, 1T olive oil, 2T whole grain mustard, (I personally added 1T allulose) ▪️Wash the shredded cabbage in cold water, drain, add salt and marinate for 10 minutes. ▪️Drain the water from the cabbage, add all the seasoning ingredients and mix well, and you're done! (Adjust the seasoning to create a sweet and sour taste with a hint of saltiness.) Cabbage wrap is healthy and delicious on its own, but I wanted to add some protein, so I tried adding chicken breast.. It's really a bitter taste that makes kimchi disappear. It's the best side dish.. I've actually been eating this for 3 weeks, but most chicken breasts on the market come in 100g packs, so I put in two packs? One pack wasn't enough, and two packs were a bit too much.. But this time, I put in one pack of 150g chicken breast from Crazy Chicken, and it was easy to eat all at once and clean up. I've completely fixed my habit of always eating other things because I didn't feel like eating chicken breast. Oh, and!
