Throw away unused items I boldly throw away pens that don't come out, and also throw away unused items. 2. Organize so that they're visible at a glance It's always hard to find small items. I organize everything so that I can see them by using transparent storage boxes and rotating pencil holders with different heights. 3. Organize by frequency of use I put frequently used post-its, correction tapes, and clips in the lower section of the pencil holder so that I can take them out right away!
