This is a dessert that I made as a new menu at my bakery cafe. ㅎㅎㅎ It's so cute, so I took a lot of pictures and shared it🤎 The texture is chewy because of the gravity powder, and the cookie flavor has a strong coffee flavor, so it's really delicious! I put mocha-flavored cream cheese in the middle, but I adjusted it so that the cream cheese flavor isn't too strong.
