#꼼꼼리뷰어선발대회 Breville 878, responsible for home cafes ☕ I've used it for about 6 months, and I don't have a ton of knowledge about coffee, but I'll write about the parts I've used and felt!! ▫️Price The machine price is around 1.3 million won.. The price of coffee beans is 16,900 won for 250g of coffee beans at a roasting cafe near my house. It costs 676 won for 1 shot (10g) and 1,216 won for 2 shots (18g). Since it's cheaper than a cafe, if you drink coffee often, I don't think a machine price of 1 million won is burdensome in the long run!! ▫️Taste If you find the right beans for your taste, you can enjoy a much more delicious coffee taste than regular cafes (For reference, I do not recommend Starbucks beans🤣) I didn't really like sour beans, but after trying various beans from Breville, I fell in love with warm lattes made with sour beans, so I only buy beans with a lot of sourness these days ▫️Breville 8 series The reason I chose 878 among Breville 870, 876, and 878 was because the preheating time is short and the LCD window is easy to see I know that 880 has a touch-type LCD window and an automatic steam function I chose 878, but I personally think the design of 870 and 876, where you can check the pressure gauge, is prettier♡ ▫ Maintenance It takes more hands to clean compared to capsule machines!! Not only the drip tray, but also the powder that falls around the machine needs to be cleaned, and the grinder and group head need to be separated and cleaned periodically. ▫Nespresso VS Breville I've been using Nespresso Vertuo since it was released. (My parents-in-law also use Vertuo, lol) The price per capsule is less than 1,000 won, and it's really, really easy to manage. So what do I use most often? It's Breville!! The most important thing is the taste of the coffee.
