But it’s actually just one strand! :) The reason I like gemelli pasta the most is because of its texture. It has a similar shape to fusilli, but unlike fusilli, which has a pointed exterior, gemelli has a round exterior and feels soft on the tongue. It’s usually used in salad pasta, but I think it goes best with pesto. If you mix it with your own arugula pesto and top it with burrata cheese, the softness + softness combination feels really good. 🌿How to make arugula pesto Just grind a handful of arugula, a little salt, nuts, a spoonful of olive oil, and enough Parmesan cheese!
