#뽀또포 (Pori ate poke again) There's nothing better than poke to increase vegetable intake and empty out the fridge🧡 Pickled vegetables that are spicy and sour with shrimp + avocado combination and chili 〰️Ingredients〰️ -1 carrot, 5 radishes, 2 spicy chilies -Pickling vinegar: 200ml water, 2T sugar, 1T fish sauce, 1T vinegar, 3T lemon juice -14 shrimp + pepper + Goya seasoning -A handful of green beans (you can use other vegetables at home) + olive oil + salt + pepper -1 ripe avocado -100g quinoa rice 1. Cut carrots, radishes, and spicy chilies into bite-size pieces and add to the pickling vinegar ingredients and refrigerate for more than 1 hour. 2. Stir-fry the vegetables you selected (green beans, broccoli, etc.) in a heated pan with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 3. Stir-fry the shrimp in the pan with the seasoning. 4. Slice the avocado and prepare. 5. Lay the rice thinly on the bottom and arrange the ingredients on top. 〰️Sauce Options〰️ 1. Sriracha Mayo (favorite): 3T mayo, 3T sriracha, 0.5T soy sauce 2. Wasabi Mayo: 3T mayo, 1T wasabi, 0.5T sugar 3. Soy sauce sesame oil sauce: 1T soy sauce, 1T sesame oil, 1T sugar 4. Others (fire chicken mayo, sriracha, etc.) Many people wonder what Goya seasoning is - it's an all-purpose seasoning made with garlic, oregano, black pepper, and South American spices.
