This is trendy these days, right? #MelonSalad 🏷️Ingredients • 1 melon • 1T olive oil, 1T lemon juice, 1T white balsamic, two pinches of salt, a little pepper • (Optional) A handful of arugula ▪️Wash the melon well and roughly peel it with a potato peeler. (You need to peel it more than I did to make it softer!) ▪️Cut the melon in half, scoop out the seeds, squeeze the juice in a colander, and mix the remaining sauce ingredients together to prepare. ▪️Place the arugula on the bottom and top with the nicely cut melon. ▪️Drop the sauce you made on top and finish. I guess I'm a fruit lover.. The watermelon salad I had last year was even tastier when I just ate the watermelon,, and this one was just as delicious as the melon, right? I think I left too much of the skin on🤧 But I think it would be perfect for a gathering like welcoming guests. It really tastes like a salad🙂‍↔️ Try it when the melon is delicious❗️ I had a rough commute home from work after two consecutive flights, so I was completely stuck at home today.
