#4 After returning to work, I started waking up at 5 a.m. Of course, it was hard to get into this habit and I failed a lot. However, I didn’t give up and kept trying, and at some point, the miraculous thing of waking up at 4:55 a.m. without an alarm started to happen again. I can use the early morning hours as I want, and there are almost no distractions. There is only the quiet of the early morning. That’s how I started waking up early, and I’ve been doing it almost every day for the past three years. Some people ask me if I spend my day like that without any gaps, and if I don’t get burnt out and exhausted. However, when I start my day by practicing self-development and personal goals first in the early morning hours, I start my day with a small sense of accomplishment, and when I work or spend time with my child, I want to focus more on that time and do my best in those roles. Now that I’ve been spending the early morning hours as my own time, I can’t give them up. Every evening, I fall asleep quickly with my child and look forward to the time I’ll spend in the early morning hours. Here are some tips for those who want to make waking up early a habit: First, secure sufficient sleep patterns. I always sleep for 7 hours and wake up early, but if I don’t sleep for 7 hours, it interferes with my daily life. If I start the day with insufficient sleep, my condition deteriorates, my motivation disappears, and my work efficiency decreases. If this fatigue repeats every day, I will naturally give up. Find the amount of sleep that suits you and maintain that sleep pattern. Then, you will feel lighter and healthier than when you sleep more. Second, set a goal. Create things to do and things you want to do at dawn. If you don’t have anything to do at dawn, you won’t have the will to wake up early in the morning. If you have goals and plans that you want to achieve, it will be a great help in waking up early with the thought that you have to finish them. Have you ever wanted to try something, but gave up because of the wall of reality, or had a plan that only lasted three days? I had a lot of fear and doubt at first, but in the end, I realized that the power of small habits and consistent effort are what’s important. As a working mom, running a YouTube channel wasn't just about splitting my time, but it was also a process of readjusting my priorities and finding things that were truly meaningful to me. You too can start making small changes to achieve important goals in your life. Instead of trying to change everything at once, try making time for yourself for even 10 minutes a day. If that time accumulates, you can create amazing results. #WorkingMomYouTuberChallenge #기록클럽 #헤이두
