Chapter 03. Timid Tiger Taku There is a tiger in our house. He is definitely the best among the three cats in terms of visuals, but in reality, he is the timid king. Our second child, Taku, is a very kind and gentle cat. I first met Taku in the spring of 2018. Taku, who had fluffy fur like yellow cotton candy, was a huge chatterbox from the first time we met. Among the kittens we were with, he was the most active, and his meowing seemed to say, "Take me." That's how Taku became our second child. As soon as he arrived, he snatched the cushion from our house's big brother Mochi, and sang loudly, and soon he seemed to have adapted perfectly to our house, playing with Mochi and rolling around. Taku, who was more active than anyone else, turned timid I think it was around puberty. From then on, Taku wanted to stick to the butler. When my husband was on the computer, he had to sit next to the keyboard, and when he slept, he had to sit between my husband and my pillow. (Sometimes I couldn't sleep because of Taku's loud gurgling sound at the head of the bed. Hehe) No matter what we did, Taku would always watch the butler from afar. The baby Taku who used to chase after Mochi-hyung disappeared, and before we knew it, he had become a timid Taku who only looked at the butler. Sometimes, I was so thankful and loved that, and sometimes, I felt sorry for him because I thought of how lonely he would be while we were away. A few years ago, when the youngest Luna became a member of the family, Taku, who was the youngest, became the second. In case the love given to the first and youngest is not as great as the love given to the second, my husband and I try to spend more time with Taku, even if it is on purpose.
