On a weekend morning, when I woke up late with my husband and ate Kongguksu and potato pancake, I finally felt that summer was starting. If you add cucumber, paprika, egg, and cherry tomatoes to your taste, it seems to be the perfect summer breakfast menu. In fact, I was excited about eating Kongguksu for a few days. I think I waited for the weekend while thinking about what kind of bowl to plate it in and what kind of cutlery to take out.
