The radish inside is really a real rice thief🥷🏻 #Braised mackerel 🏷️Ingredients • 1 mackerel • 200g radish, 1 onion, 1 green onion, 4 green chili peppers • Sauce: 1T gochujang, 4T soy sauce, 4T mirin, 2T minced garlic, 2T fish sauce, 0.8T allulose (if unavailable, sugar), 0.8T oyster sauce ▪️Cut the radish into 0.5cm-1cm thick pieces. ▪️Chop the onion into strips, cut the green onion into 5cm long pieces, and cut the green chili pepper in half lengthwise and in half again to prepare large pieces. ▪️(Frozen) Defrost the mackerel, wipe off the moisture, cut in half, and cut into 3 pieces. ▪️Put the radish in the pan, add enough water, cover, and boil for about 8 minutes. ▪️Pour the mackerel, remaining vegetables, and sauce (mix all the ingredients above) on top, and simmer until done. (While boiling, pour the sauce over the mackerel so that it soaks in well.) They say mackerel is called gogalbi, right? The rich flavor is so good, and the radish that was boiled for a long time soaked up the sauce, and I mixed it all up with rice + a little sesame oil and ate it.. I felt like I ate 1.5 times more rice than usual… ?🤰🏻 Hoxy, I made a cheese omelet because I was worried it would be spicy, and it was spicy enough to save my life❤️🔥 (4 eggs, a pinch of salt, egg water, a handful of pizza cheese) If you have galbi in the freezer, you should definitely try it😂🫶🏻 Oh, but in Germany, 💩 flies come into the house whenever I cook Korean food, and after eating, it's a war to catch them.. Two came in today, and one of them was so fast that it could hold a magazine..😮💨 Are flies coming into my house alone..? Anyway, I can't give up Korean food, so I'll try to be faster🙂↔️ It's already Monday, I have training & flights this week too. Everyone, let's do our best this week too🫶🏻 #Daily Life in Germany #독일생활 #프랑크푸르트 #고갈비 #고등어구이 #집밥 #집밥레시피 #밥도둑 #홈쿡 #홈쿡스타그램 #홈쿡레시피 #좋아요 #자취요리 #FTC3기
