Summer noodle set meal 🏷️Ingredients • Brown rice or noodles for 1 serving • 4 ice cubes + 3 cups of water • 3 green chili peppers (if you like spicy, add 1 Thai rat poop chili) • 1/2 cup of tsuyu + 1/2 cup of water • 1 type of protein of your choice (I used two strips of pork belly🙂↔️) ▪️Cook the noodles thoroughly, rinse them in cold water, squeeze out the water, and place them in a bowl with ice and water. ▪️Chop the tsuyu, water, and peppers into small bowls and add them. ▪️Prepare your protein of choice. ▪️Drain the noodles from the water, add them to the tsuyu sauce, and wrap them with the peppers and meat! #Choi Hwa-jeong's summer noodles,, It's so simple, but so delicious It's good to eat quickly these days when it's hard to cook because it's hot.
