#ftc5기이야기 #우리집포토존 #홈카페존 #홈카페스타일링 #홈카페인테리어 #우리집최애공간 One day a few months ago, I woke up in the morning and my body felt so heavy. It was so tiring to even take a single step. I took out the scale that I had ignored for months and faced the weight of my body. A number I had never seen in my life. I looked at my body that I had neglected for months in the mirror and cried. I thought that not having emotional ups and downs was an advantage. It wasn't that I didn't have emotional ups and downs, but that I hadn't been able to see how my emotions were flowing. I looked up words that express sadness. Unhappy. Depressed. Empty. Vanity. Lonely. Vacant. Mournful. Sorrowful. Etc. There are so many different expressions, but I couldn't find the right words to express my emotions. When I felt sad and angry, I thought that eating a lot of food would relieve my emotions. When I eat food, I can temporarily escape from negative emotions. However, my weight increased and my health worsened, but my sadness and anger did not go away. I felt sorry for myself. Now I am taking care of my mind. I am learning healthy ways to relieve negative emotions. I plan a healthy diet for my husband and myself and cook with fresh ingredients. I do not eat refined carbohydrates such as sugar and flour, and I do not buy processed foods. Even though it is difficult, I cook and eat with care every day. And I lost 6 kilos and returned to my previous weight. When I took care of myself, the people around me also became healthy. Today, my husband and I had breakfast with Shiraz salad and scones we made ourselves. We shared our emotions of joy at our favorite place in our house, our home photo zone, and our home cafe. I drank the coffee my husband made for me. We took pictures of each other while eating and laughed loudly. Today I felt fresh and peaceful. How about you?
