#기록클럽 #내가사랑하는파스타 mafaldine [Mafaldine] My favorite pasta among long pastas. It is long and flat, but both sides are crooked. At first glance, people who see this noodle might say, 'Isn't this ramen?' The reason I like Mafaldine is similar to how I like Gemelli. The edges are rounded and the texture is soft on the tongue. For a similar reason, I don't really prefer flat noodles. These days, pastas with this unique shape are very common, and it's nice that you can buy them anywhere. My favorite combination with Mafaldine is tomato sauce and smoked duck topping. If you mix tomato sauce with vinegar, red pepper powder, and sugar, you get chili sauce, and smoked duck goes really well with it. If I had to make this for someone I like, I would choose this menu without hesitation. It's a combination that will make you exclaim, "Oh, this is delicious!" when you eat it, so if there's anyone reading this book, I hope they make it. Or knock on my door :) They say there are over 300 kinds of pasta in Italy. I think I only know about 20, so I want to study more, eat more, and experience more.
