#기록클럽 #지영을그린 I changed the room structure to one that is closer to green. I brought in the IKEA Billy that fit perfectly in the space behind the ambiguous pillar and put a flower pot on it, and the single-person fabric sofa that was pushed out to the living room because the room was too small took its place. Since only the low window on one wall lets in light, the window is mainly used as a place for the plants to eat from the sunlight, but in the summer, the sunlight is so hot that I take a step back indoors. Thanks to this, summer has become a special season for studying new room structures. In the space where Billy came in, there was a wooden desk that was just taking up space without being used. I didn't want to throw it away, so I couldn't use it and of course I didn't take pictures, but I already like the new structure with plants and wooden props, and the room is filled with the sound of the shutter. This is what I dreamed of when I started growing plants. A wonderful me who spreads out a refreshing planter! In reality, I was a plant hoarder. Animal hoarder: A person who raises an excessive number of animals beyond their own ability to raise them. The term plant hoarder is derived from this. It is not an officially registered name, but judging from the fact that everyone mentions it, there must be many butlers who share the same concerns. I became obsessed with growth and speed after falling in love with the shiny, tender new leaves that looked like they had been oiled, and I was busy procuring [light, water, and wind]. I had dozens of flower pots tightly packed in a narrow radius around the window, and I was running a circulator and a humidifier to get new leaves like in a factory, so there was no interior design. Plants that grew lushly or tall due to lack of management became zombies that were just breathing and were pushed to the corner, and young, fresh flower pots were brought in to fill the center of the stage. At some point, I became a plant hoarder by repeatedly purchasing plants that I had never grown before, even though they were beyond the size that I could manage with my own hands. If plants knew how to use their bodies like humans, I would have met my end by now, pricked by an asparagus thorn and wrapped around a syngonium stem, turning blue. It seems that the cries of the plants pushed to the corner are heard belatedly. When taking care of plants, it is important to find a range that I can manage with a sense of responsibility. Only when I communicate and interact sufficiently within the possible range and bring out the best of each individual, can a harmonious planter be completed. Eventually, the number of wish plants in the shopping cart will increase again, and the plant hoarder crisis will come, but as always, I remember that there are small families waiting for the hands of a poor butler with a generous heart, so I swallow my hateful thoughts and give them one more look and one more water.
