If you ask what ingredients you disliked as a child but now like as you get older, I think many people would answer like eggplant, beans, and pumpkin. I also disliked eggplant and pumpkin that much. Of course, there are people who love eggplant as much as children - I guess there are some people out there - but no one on Earth eats eggplant as badly as Koreans. After eating things like ratatouille, fried eggplant, Hong Kong-style eggplant dumplings, and Sichuan-style eggplant dishes, haven't you ever wondered why your mother turned perfectly healthy eggplant into a wonderful runny nose and served it on your plate? Even if you didn't, if you roasted it with olive oil and salt, all non-toxic vegetables taste good, but I can't help but feel sad that I lived for 20 years without knowing that. Come to think of it, all the foods I remember disliking were summer vegetables. Perhaps vegetables with a lot of moisture give a bad feeling to young mouths. After all, kids like things that are crunchy and chewy. Now, if they're too hard, their teeth hurt, and if they hurt the roof of their mouths, they have to suffer for a few days to heal. Just like when I saw my younger brother coming in wearing something strange, I used to think that the problem was that those who run a clothing business make and sell things like that (this kind of thing happens a lot in the families of my younger brother who majored in computer science and my older sister who majored in design). When I was young, I used to think that people who grow things like eggplants were the problem, but now I have become my beloved eggplant, who worries about what would happen if they were gone. What about mushrooms? Isn't it because God can't be everywhere that he made mushrooms grow here and there? When I think of salmon steak without the pumpkin garnish that I've just seasoned and fried in oil, my heart aches as if I've been heartbroken. Summer is the season of fruit. #Record Club #미쉘여름맛 #오홈스토랑 #레시피 #레시피공유
