I've been into Korean food lately, so I've been eating a lot of different things, Please try this❗️ #Mackerel Rice in a Pot 🏷️Ingredients • 1.5 cups of rice • 2T of sesame oil • 1T of soy sauce, 1t of minced garlic • 1.5 cups of water • 2 150g mackerel fillets • 2 green onions ▪️Wash the rice well, drain it in a colander, and dry-soak it for about 30 minutes. ▪️Put 2T of sesame oil in a rice pot, heat it, add the rice, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until you hear a 'snapping' sound. (🔥Medium heat) ▪️Add the soy sauce and minced garlic, stir-fry once, add water, cover, and boil for 15 minutes. (🔥low heat) ▪️Glue oil on the pan and cook the mackerel, which has been ‘thawed and dried with a kitchen towel’, starting from the skin side. (🔥medium-low heat) ❗️Cover with the lid and cook thoroughly, then flip it over and cook the other side thoroughly. ▪️Open the lid on the rice pot after 15 minutes, add thinly sliced green onions, and put the well-cooked mackerel on top, close the lid again, and steam for 5 minutes. You can mix and break the mackerel before eating like in the video - This is really delicious if you wrap rice and mackerel in seasoned seaweed. And I used a baby wok, but if you use a large capacity Staub, it will be easy to greet guests 🙂↔️ Oh, I ate it with spicy squid soup that day, and the story is that the spicy and clear soup goes well with this pot rice - Everyone, it's already Monday.
