I boiled it in Le Creuset's signature round pot and the meat was soft and really delicious! I brought this to my parents' house, and my dad called me in the evening. It's so delicious, my eldest daughter said she's good at cooking🤭 👩🍳Samgyeopsal Kimchi Roll Stew ✅️Basic Ingredients 3 strips of raw pork belly (350g), 1/6 bunch of fresh kimchi (500g), 1/2 onion, 1/2 bunch of green onions, 1 green chili pepper, 1 red chili pepper, 500ml water, 1 grain of coin stock ✅️Ingredients for meat marinade 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tsp ginger powder, 2 tbsp cooking wine, a little black pepper ✅️Seasoning sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp red pepper powder, 50ml kimchi broth, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 0.5 tsp ginger powder, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tsp sugar, a little black pepper ✅️How to make 1. Cut the pork belly into 8cm long pieces. 2. Marinate the meat in the meat base ingredients for about 10 minutes 3. Spread the kimchi on a large surface, put the meat on it, and roll it up 4. Put the pork belly kimchi roll, seasoning sauce, water, and coin broth in a pot, close the lid, and boil for 20 minutes on medium heat 5. Add onion, green onion, green chili pepper, and red chili pepper and boil for 5 to 10 minutes on medium heat, and it's done ✔️In the video, I put the meat vertically, but I thought I'd cut it and eat it, so I ended up putting it horizontally! ✔️I used the recipe from Our Table I made 2.5 times the recipe to give to my parents, but the water didn't go in all the way, so my pupils dilated..
