<I'm starting to worry about how I'll age -1> As I'm already in my mid-30s, my biggest concern these days is health. In particular, 'slow aging' I really don't want to age. To be exact, I'm scared. If there's a way to go slower, there's no reason not to do it. Of course, since many people are interested, I didn't want to be left out either, so I searched around, but the keywords I kept hearing were so frequent that it was hard to ignore, so I started with the mindset of being fooled and trying it. So I'm going to list the things I've been trying recently, starting with the ones I've tried first, in several stages. 1. Intermittent fasting I'm a freelancer who works from home, so unless I go out to exercise on purpose, I don't exercise much. As I got older, my basal metabolic rate decreased and I wasn’t particularly greedy, but I felt threatened by the fact that I wasn’t losing weight, so the first thing I tried was intermittent fasting (16-hour fasting). In fact, this is quite something to try. Since I don’t commute to work and I have free time to wake up, I can freely control my lifestyle, so if I have the will, I can do it, and I can feel my body getting lighter, so it was the easiest. 2. Cut out refined carbohydrates and sugar Now, it’s starting to get harder. I had to start by figuring out where refined carbohydrates start and end. Since refined carbohydrates like flour and sugar are in so many ingredients, In the end, making it yourself is pretty much the only way to go ( Otherwise, I have to buy it at a very expensive price… Healthy food is more expensive ) So the YouTube algorithm ended up being full of healthy recipes. However, it wasn’t that difficult of a task for me. I don't usually have a big appetite, so I've never had a hard time controlling my impulses because I really wanted to eat certain foods, and this kind of healthy food tastes pretty good, so I'm thinking, 'Is this worth it?' . #Record Club #개인공간 #거실인테리어 #거실소피 #3인용소파 #블랙앤화이트 #블랙인테리어 #모던스타일 #자취 #자취방인테리어
