Here is #스위스 now🇨🇭 I'm staying in Salé in the Grindelwald area, and there's a kitchen so I can cook! But the tableware here is a Rambouillet set from Boch Belgium and it's so pretty..? It's a vintage product I've always wanted, so I was happy to see it here! I made a delicious stir-fried sundae with ingredients I bought from Germany, and Sodam enjoyed it on the terrace🫶🏻 I've posted the recipe for stir-fried sundae before, but I've brought it again〰️ ➰Baek Sundae Stir-fry (Baek Jong-won's Recipe)➰ - 500g sundae - Half an onion - A string of green onions - 10 cloves of garlic - 1/6 carrot - 1/6 cabbage (80g) - 20 sesame leaves - 50g glass noodles - 3 green chili peppers - 30g sesame oil, 5g sugar, 5g salt, 1.5T sesame powder, pepper, sesame seeds, Dipping sauce: 4T gochujang, 1T minced garlic, 1.5T sesame powder, 1T sesame oil, 2T water, 2/3T soybean paste • Soak the glass noodles in water, and the green onions Cut into 5cm, slice onion thickly, cut green chili pepper into medium size, and slice carrot. • Cut garlic into 3-4 large pieces, cut cabbage into medium size, and slice sundae not too thinly.
