When I was with my family, I had to pretend that I was okay even when I was sick, so I didn't even realize I was sick. When I was alone and got sick or something happened that made me angry, I didn't know how to solve it, so I suffered. I cried, tried to sleep, and even grumbled and delved into those emotions. That doesn't happen as often as it used to, but sometimes I get tired of the uninvited guests that come every now and then. When that happens, I found a way to quickly escape. 1. Write down a list of [things that make me feel good]. 2. Try them one by one like an emergency medicine when you get angry or feel sick. My notebook is filled with lists that grow one by one The emergency medicine list I wrote this morning is, -A fluffy towel -A neatly organized blanket and pillow I have to fill it out tomorrow too.
