"I think I was Italian or Mexican in my past life. I might change when I visit Spain." I think it was when I was in my late 20s that I traveled to Italy for a month. Before I left, everyone said that I would get sick of pizza in a week, but we cried and ate pizza on the street until the last day because it was the last pizza. Olives were delicious from the beginning, and it was good to sprinkle vinegar and olive oil on any vegetable, and I liked all pasta from the beginning, even pasta that was boiled and drained, but I hated cream pasta for a long time. I came to love tacos the more I encountered local ones, and I was happy to put a big spoonful in my mouth the first time I had guacamole. I call this boundary the 'olive oil zone', and no matter how much I think about it, I have the soul of olives in me. If there are only tomatoes, it's a bit like that, but if there are tomatoes, paprika, and ripe avocados, I definitely make salsa and guacamole. Sometimes when I feel like it, I roast tomatoes and paprika over an open fire until they're black, then peel and grind them to make something serious, but these days, it's been hot, rainy, and humid, so I wanted to eat something crunchy, so I cut them into chunks and made fresh salsa. Luckily, I had 3 ripe avocados. #Record Club #미쉘여름맛 #오홈스토랑  #Oh Home Restaurant #레시피 #레시피공유 #온더테이블
