I really really really like shaved ice, but I also hate most commercial shaved ice.. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ Milk ice is really good, soybean powder is really good, and this refreshing texture is really really good, but I really hate the crazy sweetness of commercial red beans.. So I only looked for a place that makes red beans, but it was hard, so I ended up getting a shaved ice machine^______ㅠ Why did I get it now? I boil the red beans myself, and instead of sugar, I use allulose and salt to make it sweeter, and when I put domestic soybean powder without sugar on it, it's crazy rich!!! For milk ice, you have to mix water 1:ice 1 and freeze it so that it doesn't melt well, and you can add condensed milk to your taste, mix well, and freeze it!
