| Episode 7 | The Happiness of Eating the Same Menu Gureumi ate salt-free until she was 23 months old. She refused spoon feeding from the beginning of solid food, so I had no choice but to start eating on her own. After she started eating on her own, she ate well without being picky about vegetables or other foods. She never once came to eat rice on salt-free, so I naturally continued to eat salt-free. Seeing my baby eat well made me try harder. I tried to show her pretty and diverse tastes from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. I tried really hard to make sure she could enjoy the original taste of the food without seasoning. I even packed her lunch on salt-free when she went to daycare a little early to adjust before returning to work. Haha. I started eating low-salt foods from 23 months old, and since then, preparing meals has become much more fun and easier. Since Doa and I ate the same menu, mealtimes became really fun. She also talked a lot, so we talked about the menu. They also talk about delicious/untasty. "Mom, try this like me~" "This is really delicious~ Try the soup, soup~" "This is tasteless.." (cold) "Make me natto egg rice!". Will there come a time when we can all eat together, including Ddungdungi? #Record Club #구름이둥둥 #Toddler Food #자기주도유아식 #유아식메뉴 #유아식기 #유아식기세트
