You can make it like this and consume it within 3 days. 🏷️Ingredients * 5 boiled eggs * 1 strip of green onion * 2T of mayonnaise + pepper + salt if necessary ▪️Cook the eggs in boiling water for about 7 minutes until they are hard-boiled, then soak them in cold water and peel them. ▪️Slice them lengthwise and crosswise with an egg slicer and put them in a bowl. Chop the green onion finely and put it in the bowl as well. ▪️Add all the sauce ingredients and mix well. This is a kick from the green onions.. It's also delicious when you just put this on well-baked bread and eat it - I ate it with salmon, and there's no picture, but I ate it with chicken breast, ham, and romaine lettuce, and it was all really delicious..
