#기록클럽 #숨은예쁨찾기 Usually, I send my kids off for lunch on weekdays and eat alone at home. Even though I eat alone, I never eat carelessly. I put my favorite flowers, transparent glass cups that reflect light, pretty teacups, and various objects on the table to create a home cafe atmosphere. And then, like a photographer, I take pictures by changing the composition here and there. Usually, I make a nice meal for myself with a menu consisting of bread, coffee, salad, etc. When I eat this well-prepared meal, I feel good as if I were at a brunch cafe alone, and my self-esteem also seems to go up. Taking care of the people around me is important, of course. But first, I have to take care of myself well in order to take care of the people around me well. I think I need time to focus completely on myself, to carefully examine how my heart is today, and if my heart is cracked, to fill the gap with things I like.
