#매일매일홈캉스 Yesterday's homecance was.. a motivational record with a glass of cider😆 For the first time in a long time, I took out stickers and spent some time doing something that wasn't a daily routineㅎㅎ I've been feeling lethargic lately and I was looking for something to shake off my anxiety.. They say that if you set small goals like opening a blanket and write down your daily goals after achieving them, you'll feel a sense of accomplishment and it helps you overcome lethargy ㅎㅎ I've been putting it off because it's so annoying but now that I have my own table, I'm going to start! I wrote down what I accomplished during the day, what I was praised for, and things I praise myself for. I felt like I was healing just by doing this, so it was nice.
