5 Tips for Storage in a Narrow Laundry Room and Multipurpose Room🌿 My laundry room is relatively narrow. But the view outside the window is so pretty that I really didn't want to cover the window with something like a rack. (The cherry blossoms are amazing every spring🌸) So after much thought, I ended up storing it like this! 1. First, I measured the height from the floor to the window sill and the size of my air fryer and food waste disposer, and found a microwave stand that would not exceed the window sill even if the F and food waste disposer were placed on top. This microwave stand is a two-tier product with adjustable height and width, but I didn't attach a shelf at the bottom. Instead, I put a recycling bin in it, and it's so convenient and neat. I chose a waterproof fabric material for the recycling bin so that it can be folded when not in use, and later, when it's not in use, I can attach a shelf there and store things. 2. I measured the gap next to the washer and dryer and put a sliding niche that fit the size perfectly. At first, that gap was full of inventory, but now I don't like to keep too many things. So I emptied it out a lot. 🤗 I'm going to try not to keep too much inventory in the future! 3. I also found a niche that fit the narrower gap on the other side and put it in. These days, there are a variety of niches, from very narrow to more than a hand's width, which is really nice. I store detergent and dryer sheets here. At first, I filled this up with inventory, but I emptied it out a lot too🫶 I decided to buy just enough as I need it! 4. I hung frequently used spray products on the pole attached to the wall.
