I made egg bread with a muffin pan🥚🙂‍↔️ 🏷️Ingredients (for 6 deep muffin pans) • 1.5 cups pancake mix + 150ml milk + 1 egg • 6 eggs • Salt • (Optional) Grilled bacon, etc. ▪️Prepare pancake mix, eggs, and milk by mixing them very finely. ▪️Glue a kitchen towel on an oven pan and spread it thoroughly. ▪️Pour the batter into the pan until it covers about 1/3 of the pan. ▪️Crack an egg into each hole, sprinkle a pinch of salt, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. ❗️If you are adding toppings (cheese or bacon), sprinkle them on top before putting them in the oven. 🏷️Oven pan used Molded home muffin pan 6 holes (Coupang purchase) I put bacon that was once cooked in the pan and crumbled it up, If you use bacon as a topping, Sprinkle half a pinch of salt on top of the yolk! But when I ate it, The bread skin was a little less sweet than the commercial egg bread, so it was a little? disappointing. Next time, I think I'll add some sugar powder to the dough.
