#오늘장면한컷 The weather is really hot these days😵‍💫💦 It's scary to open the front door and go out😂 Because of the tropical nights, it's too hot with just the fan at nightㅠ I wake up in the middle of the night! It's cold to sleep with the air conditioner on all night and I worry about the electricity bill! I've been sleeping cool without turning on the air conditioner all night since last year with this method! That's right, Duralon cooling pad & cooling blanket❄ After giving birth to my first child, my body type changed to hot, so I've tried all kinds of cool bedding like rayon and seersucker but the only bedding that allowed me to sleep cool all night without the air conditioner was the bedding made of Duralon yarn. There are many cooling beddings on the market, but make sure to check if they use "Duralon yarn"! and if the Q-max value is high! Even if it's bedding made of the same Duralon yarn, the higher the q-max value (over 0.4), the colder it feels as soon as it touches your skin! It feels like it's taking away all the heat from my body! I carefully checked these two things and sent them to my parents' house and to my younger sister who was pregnant until recently and she really, really liked it because it was so cool.
