#플레이팅필살템 Today's home brunch menu is sourdough with stracciatella 💓✨ This is the menu I'm obsessed with these days! It's so delicious and simple that I eat it often :) Stracciatella is the center part of burrata cheese(?), and in Germany, where I live, they sell this cheese at the supermarket. If you can't get it, you can mix mozzarella cheese with whipped cream to make it, so I definitely recommend trying it😀 And the plate is a pretty flower-shaped plate from a brand called BYON. This brand has a lot of unique and boldly designed plates and vases, so I like them〰️ The fork rests that I plated with it are also from the same brand! 🔎🔎🔎🔎🔎🔎🔎 Table mat: Maison d'Art Bowl: BYON Fork: Sabre Fork rest: BYON Cup: Vintage ✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️ Recipe 1. (If you can't get stracciatella cheese) Tear fresh mozzarella, pour whipped cream, and leave in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. 2. Bake the sourdough in butter. 3. Bake the cherry tomatoes in olive oil. You can add seasoning to your taste. I sometimes sprinkle peperoncino or chili powder. 4. Spread the basil pesto on the baked sourdough, and top it with the stracciatella and cherry tomatoes, and you're done!
