Buckwheat Inari Sushi I tried making it, and it seems like it would be easier to roll the noodles with rolled inari Or even square inari…!ㅋㅋㅋ This is a low-sugar inari sushi, so it’s good(👉🏻50% reduced sugar inari sushi) But the triangle size is not big, so it’s hard to fill the noodles🤧 🥢 Buckwheat Inari Sushi 1. Boil the buckwheat soba and rinse in cold water to prepare 2. Mix in tsuyu, sesame oil, and wasabi (I like it, so I added it) like sesame oil makguksu. The inari is also seasoned, so don’t salt it! 3. Fill the inari sushi with it 4. I used the all-purpose sauce of Muktae Cheongyang Mayo 5. Sprinkle unseasoned seaweed powder and sesame seeds to complete it🫶🏻 They also make it by mixing it with basil pesto! It would be delicious to put cucumber in it and roll it in fried tofu and fry it.
