The vacation has started I don't know how a week goes by because I'm busy feeding my house's munches😬 So I made a whole pot of potato salad right away🤣🤣🤣 This is my late mother's recipe, and it tastes good when I eat it occasionally and it reminds me of my mom, so it's really goodㅎㅎ I'll introduce it to you😆 ♡A potato salad recipe that you'll keep eating once you try it♡ Ingredients-6 medium potatoes, 1 Euiseong garlic ham, 5 eggs, half an onion, 1 white cucumber, mayonnaise, half a handful of coarse salt Instructions 1. Boil the potatoes. 2. Slice the cucumbers into half-moon shapes and soak them in salt (half a handful of coarse salt) for 15 minutes. 3. Chop the onion into small pieces and soak in cold water (to remove the spiciness, change the water frequently). 4. Boil the eggs 5. Blanch the Eiseong garlic ham in water and mince it 6. Drain the onions in a colander, rinse the pickled cucumbers in water, and squeeze them very hard. 7. Mash the potatoes and eggs. 8.
