<Basil Pesto Tomato Open Sandwich> I made basil pesto after a long time and ate tomato open sandwich but it's so delicious ๐ŸŒฑ โ€ขBasil Pesto (small amount) 50g basil, 30g cashews (nuts), 100g olive oil 10g lemon juice, 1T minced garlic, 30g Parmesan cheese, 1t salt I make basil pesto in small amounts like this and use it up right away without freezing it!
