As summer begins in earnest, It's become a night when it's hard to fall asleep. There's the temperature problem, But because of the rain that keeps pouring down, The humidity has increased, and the discomfort index has gotten really high. The brand I love, Jamsupgong, released an airy mat, so I put it on top of my bed mat. It's firm but soft, And because it's made of air holes, It makes sleeping more comfortable.
