Appetizer plating on a pretty ceramic plate with gold trim as a point🩷 It goes well with refreshing Riesling wine with acidity! ✅ A restaurant with a long line⭐️ Mongtan Udaegalbi✨ For the main menu, I ordered Udaegalbi from Mongtan, a famous restaurant in Samgakji👍🏻 Kit and grilled it..! The sweet seasoning is well-absorbed, and it's really juicy and delicious! ✅ Octopus Ceviche🐙 I made an octopus salad imagining the taste I had in Sorrento, a southern travel destination in Italy🇮🇹.. Add onions, trimmed frozen boiled octopus, tomatoes, dill, and sprinkle with white balsamic, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper for a sweet and refreshing taste that goes well with any menu and is a good snack for dietersㅋㅋ🍅 ✅ Uni Sushi🍣 I ordered sea urchin roe collected by female divers in Geoje Island and made sushi!
