"Bread is better than rice, I'm a bread lover" I fill the freezer with various breads, and take one out whenever I want to eat it I think I liked bread more than rice since I was little. It's easy to eat, and the fun of being able to make various dishes with bread seems to be why I buy bread every day. Crispy bacon, half-boiled fries, cheddar cheese, lots of arugula, and toppings that change depending on what's in the fridge that day, on top of the bread, and you have your own toast that doesn't need dressing. I love bread so much that I've thought a lot about learning how to bake and making it at home but I haven't done it yet but I definitely want to learn when I have time. Even if it's not fancy or ugly, how delicious would freshly baked bread be if I made it myself? Just thinking about the delicious smell of bread makes me excited.
