#기록클럽 #내가사랑하는파스타 Pasta and Diet There are many reasons why I like pasta, such as because it is delicious, convenient, and fresh, but there is also the reason that it is healthy. Pasta and diet seem like words that do not go together, but they are closely related. Pasta is made from durum wheat, which is the hardest type of wheat, so even when ground, the particles remain coarse. Out of 100g, 60g are carbohydrates and about 14g are protein. Because of the hard particles, it is a dish made from wheat, but it is absorbed slowly and raises blood sugar levels slowly and only a little. Somen is made of 75g of carbohydrates and about 10g of protein, and the particles are soft, so it raises blood sugar levels quickly. The texture is soft and chewy, like the noodles we know. Since pasta raises blood sugar levels slowly, it has become a carbohydrate that can be eaten without worry when dieting. I am usually interested in blood sugar, so I think blood sugar management is the most important thing when dieting. Pasta is delicious and doesn’t raise blood sugar levels much, so there’s no reason not to love it. I especially like oil pasta or pesto pasta. Good quality extra virgin olive oil helps fill up fat. When you eat carbohydrates with good fat, their absorption slows down. The same goes for pesto, which is made with fresh leafy vegetables, nuts, olive oil, and cheese. When I manage my diet, I usually eat 150g of beef steak, salad, and oil pasta. It’s a meal with perfect nutritional composition. If you fill up on protein, fat, and dietary fiber, you’ll feel full for a long time. Making a delicious, healthy, and filling meal yourself. This is why I introduce pasta to people around me.
