You can use noodles that have been boiled and stored in the refrigerator, or you can just quickly boil short pasta. In a large glass bowl, add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, pepper, Parmesan Reggiano, stevia, or allulose, and cut soft vegetables like butterhead and romaine into bite-size pieces. You can also cut up a seasonal fruit and add it. If you want to fill up on protein, you can add chicken breast or chicken thigh meat. Finally, just add the cooled noodles and mix well. I usually eat salad pasta on days when I'm really lazy and don't want to do anything, so I put in short pasta and eat it with a spoon. It's a day when I don't even want to roll the noodles with a spoon and fork. You can eat it right there, in a glass bowl, or you can eat it while standing there and humming a song. Pasta that you can eat on days when you are lazy or on days when you want to get in the mood. You can't help but love it.
