#기록클럽 #내가사랑하는파스타 Fiber Pasta Fiber pasta, made of durum wheat, wheat fiber, and inulin, is a low-carb pasta made in Italy. It is a company that is already walking in the direction I want to go. It is rich in dietary fiber, slightly high in protein, and low in carbohydrates. It is a great choice for those on a diet or managing their blood sugar. The advantage is that there are three types of spaghetti, fusilli, and penne, so you can make the pasta you want. The disadvantage is that the texture is hard. To make up for the disadvantage, I tend to cook it a little longer than the time indicated on the package, but if you cook it too long, the noodles feel like they are breaking. However, if it is pasta with a thick sauce like tomato pasta, this disadvantage can be sufficiently made up for, and in fact, if you are not very interested in pasta, you may not know the difference. In comparison, the seaweed pasta I made had a chewy and springy texture unique to fresh noodles, so I thought about how it would be if I made fiber pasta with fresh noodles. Someday, I should try making fresh pasta with durum wheat, wheat fiber, and inulin, just like the composition of fiber pasta.
