#기록클럽 #내가사랑하는파스타 Step Mill Butter Garlic Pasta & Lemon Pasta The reason I named it Step Mill is because when I cook, I feel like I'm working in my own kitchen, and these two pastas are easy and familiar menus to make roughly. First, put 1L of water in a pot, add a large spoonful of salt, and boil the water. Quickly chop one onion and 5 cloves of garlic, and stir-fry them with enough olive oil. When the water boils, add the spaghetti noodles and boil for 7 minutes. Stir-fry for the first minute, then open the lid and boil. When the onion becomes transparent, add half a cup of noodles for the butter garlic pasta and half a cup of heavy cream or sprouts for the lemon pasta. Following the book's advice that the sauce's consistency should be perfect before adding the noodles, I don't put the noodles before the noodles these days, but I always put the noodles first. When the sauce is almost done, add the noodles and mix well for less than 1 minute. For the butter garlic pasta, turn off the heat and add a piece of parmesan and butter, and for the lemon pasta, add a generous amount of lemon zest. Then it's done. When I eat this menu, I usually eat it as is in the pan. It's literally a step meal, so I have to eat it quickly and go do other things. It's a shame that I don't have many pictures because I eat it so often (there's no plating because I eat it straight from the pan). Still, it's a precious menu that accompanies my daily life.
