⟡(Just a little) Things I feel while running. Others say that you can run when you have a lot of distracting thoughts, but I am still in the same place. I wish I could run without thinking about anything for at least a few minutes while I am running hard, but my head is busy running along with me the whole time. Unorganized worries, things to do after running, and other miscellaneous things just pass by in my head. I declared that I would run three days a week, but I blame the weather, work, my family, and myself. There are so many things to blame in the world. When I looked at my running app, I went running after two months. I usually run 3km or 5km. 3km is too fast, and 5km is unnecessarily burdensome. If my pace drops to 5 minutes for 3km, I feel like a failure, and if I run 5km, I feel pressured by no one. So I decide to just run 4km and head out the door. Today, I went out for a run, which I had been putting off like a frog, even though I had a lot of things I had to finish no matter what. I felt like I wouldn't be able to finish any of the remaining tasks if I didn't run. I couldn't decide how many kilometers I should run, so I just turned on autonomous running mode and ran. Even though I knew the turning point that would be exactly 3km round trip, I didn't want to run to that point, so I made a slightly bigger turn, but I didn't think I could run 5km, so I ran only 100m more. It seemed like my life was about compromising while running between 3km and 5km. I could easily get through 3km with my inner strength, but I thought I should do well at 5km, so I stopped at 4km, which was a bit too much. My mom said that I was just starting well but not finishing because I lacked stamina, but looking back, I realized that there were many things I wanted to do well, but I didn't want to be disappointed in myself for failing, so I just did everything moderately, whether it was studying, loving, or working. In fact, it doesn't really matter how fast I can run, how far I can go, or how well I run. No matter where or at what pace I stopped, the AI guy would say, "You're really amazing!" And shouting, why couldn't I give myself some encouragement and just be so strict with my life? Where I'm running, how well I'm maintaining my pace, and whether I can run without losing strength until I get to where I want are the more important essence. Just like running where I can choose the starting point, the turning point, and the finishing point, I promise to plant choices and leisure in my life every day. First, I'll wash up and go run! #Record Club #낭만있는소비
