This cafe is located on the second floor of a residential alley, and it started out as a weekday-only Weekday Meal Pasta for customers who come to the corner where there are no restaurants around. Of course, I also like filter coffee, so I came to this cafe, but at some point, I fell in love with the pasta the owner makes. It’s not a traditional Italian pasta, but they serve new pasta every month with menus that everyone will like, such as Neapolitan, cod roe cream, etc. The sauce is also very tasty, but the noodles are really tasty. I’ve never seen the noodle packaging, so I don’t know what kind of pasta they use, but it’s a little thicker than regular spaghetti, but it’s a very unique taste that maintains an al dente texture. In a word, it’s so delicious… I always check the cafe’s Instagram because I’m curious about the pasta that changes every month. As simple as this pasta may be, it also serves as a warm meal for customers visiting the restaurant.
