In the picture, you can't see the mat because I laid out a blanket^^; It's solid and supports my back well. However, it's sooooo heavyㅜㅜ It's hard to move.. Still, I'm satisfied with it and using it. I'm using it for guests, and all my friends and relatives who've laid on it ask where I got it~
