I use my room as a workroom and home office. Since I have a lot of things, from small stationery to materials, storage is very important. My organizing formula is <shelf + storage box> Basically, I put a shelf that categorizes large items and organize them in storage boxes that are not visible. Since they are not visible, it is neat and I don't have to write down the contents one by one, I can just remember the large categories based on the shelf, so it is not difficult to find items. If it is an important item or difficult to remember, you can also put a name tag on it. I am using the storage box that I bought at Today's House a lot.
